Laetitia Cailleteau leads Accenture's Responsible AI practice in EAMA, bringing 25 years of consulting experience and a history of leadership roles in Conversational AI and Data & AI at both global and European levels.

 

As a change maker, Laetitia empowers companies to ethically leverage technology and human ingenuity. She has a strong track record of delivering responsible value through Data & AI, with expertise in Digital Transformation, Human-Centered Innovation, Data-Led Reinvention, AI, and Ethics.

 

In 2018, Laetitia was appointed by the European Commission as a reserve member of the AI High-Level Group of Experts. She also contributes to the Joint Technical Committee on AI at CEN/CENELEC through Afnor. An accomplished author and innovator, she has published academic works and holds patents in Conversational AI and Responsible AI. Recently, she was appointed to the World Economic Forum for the 2025-26 term, serving on the MINDS Impact Council and the Good Governance Council.

 

A sought-after international speaker and multiple award recipient, Laetitia has been recognized as one of the Top 65 Most Influential AI Women (2023), Top 75 Innovators (2023), Most Powerful Women in Technology (2022), and one of the 10 Most Influential Women in Technology (2020).
